Narain Professional Corporation ("Narain PC", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through narainpc.com and when you contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you use our contact form, call or email us, we collect what you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, company details, the service you are interested in and your message.
• Information collected automatically. We use privacy-friendly website analytics that count page visits in aggregate. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability.
• Calculators. The figures you enter in our payroll, mortgage and investment calculators stay in your browser. They are not sent to us or stored.

How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and provide the services you ask for.
• To schedule consultations and keep records of our communications with you.
• To understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
• To meet our legal, regulatory and professional obligations.

• Licensed partners. Insurance, mortgage, real estate, wealth management and investment services are provided through our licensed partners. If you ask about those services, we will share your details with the relevant partner only with your consent.
• Legal requirements. When we are required to by law, regulation or court order.

Some of our service providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.

Cookies and third-party content

Our own website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and our analytics are cookie-free. The map on our Contact page is provided by Google Maps and our fonts are served by Google Fonts. Google may collect technical information such as your IP address when that content loads, as described in Google's Privacy Policy. Links to other websites, such as our online shop or government calculators, are governed by those sites' own policies.

Keeping your information safe

We use reasonable physical, organizational and technical safeguards to protect personal information, and we keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Your choices and rights
